Sheldon has over 40 years experience in payroll, insurance and related employee benefits design and administration.

He launched one of the first Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) is eastern MA. His experience in the insurance industry as a CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) helped him design programs for his clients that maximized their investment in their employees.

Today he works with ConnectPay and their Connected Payroll Model to make sure the business owner is compliant with current employment laws.
