Tricia D. Young

Tricia D. Young is Founder of TLE Consulting Group and Founder and President of TLE Center for Urban Entrepreneurship (TLECFUE). Tricia has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University. She possesses over 20 years of solid business management experience collectively from her corporate and entrepreneurial careers. Her areas of expertise are process re-engineering, micro and small business development, operations management, product development, management consulting, program management, business development, and project management. Tricia is an avid health and wellness advocate who enjoys boxing and basically any high intensity sport. She speaks at area colleges and volunteers with several local non-profit organizations that support disadvantaged youth.
